Contract Details – Dealerware

Overview

All contracts contain a Contract Details page, where you can find contract-specific information.

Access Contract Details

To access Contract Details follow the steps below:

• Select Contracts from the main navigation
• Select the applicable contract

View Contract Details by Tab

In Contract Details, select any of the tabs below to drill into a specific category.

All Tabs:

• Contract ID

Overview Tab:

• Customer Information: Name, Phone Number, Email, Driver's License, Payment, Contract Status, Insurance
• Scheduling & Service Information: Scheduled Pickup, Scheduled Dropoff, Program, Service Advisor, Service Vehicle ID, Repair Order No.
• Notes: Any notes added to the Customer Profile

Manage Tab:

• Summary: Customer, Scheduled Pickup, Estimated Dropoff
• Vehicle Info: Make, Model, Year, License Plate #, Starting Fuel Level, Starting Odometer, Ending Fuel Level, Ending Odometer, Program, VIN, Stock #
• Vehicle Issues: Vehicle issues when added to the assigned vehicle
• Additional Driver Information: Additional driver details when added to the contract
• Contract Signature

Billing Tab:

• Payment Information: Invoice PDF, Customer Info, Balance Due, Credit Card Selection, Split Billing Feature
• Customer Payment History: Historical Transactions (pending, settled, declined)
• Invoice: Itemized Charges and Credits
