Editing Starting Fuel and Odometer Values in Dealerware Web

Dealerware Users with the Edit Contract permission can edit starting fuel and odometer values on a started contract in Dealerware Web. This enables dealerships to make necessary clerical updates and ensure vehicle details remain accurate and consistent.

How to Edit Values

  1. On Manage Contract, select EDIT on the Vehicle Information tile.
  2. Edit the values in the inline form and provide a reason (required) and select Save.
  3. A contract note is generated indicating who made the change, when, what values were changed, and the reason.
