Fleet Upload Requirements

When uploading your fleet data, ensure it meets the following requirements:

• File Format: The file must be in CSV format.
• Header Information: Include the necessary headers as specified in our guidelines.
• Data Validation: Ensure all entries are validated to prevent errors during upload.

Steps to Upload Your Fleet File

1. Prepare your fleet file in CSV format.
2. Navigate to the upload section of the portal.
3. Select your file and confirm the upload.
4. Review the upload summary for any errors or warnings.

Convert your Fleet File to .CSV Format

To convert your fleet file to CSV format, follow these steps:

1. Open your fleet file in a spreadsheet application (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
2. Go to File > Save As or Download.
3. Choose CSV (Comma delimited) as the file type.
4. Save the file and ensure it is ready for upload.
